Before Repairs
by Jason Boomer
"Before Repairs" is a play on words meant to indicate "Prefixes." Each of the images can be affixed with a metric prefix to make a new word (phonetically.) The "(none)" represents the point where no prefix is needed, because the number it indicates is exactly one, so you can use that as your frame of reference to fill everything in.
There are 13 pictures and 14 sets of blanks. Fill them in from top to bottom as follows:
exoskeleton
pedophile
terrapin
gigapet (the boxer)
_ _ _ _ 10 _ _ _ _
kill a mockingbird
hectograph
decadent
(none)
decimate
sentimentalist
military (Teri Hatcher)
microscope
nanotube
peekaboo
The numbered letters spell "Store is mi?sing" so the answer is MEGASTORE.
