Snakes on a Plane

This is a fairly standard puzzle type. The objective is to connect two instances of each number without crossing any lines. This is done as shown above.
Taking the length of each snake in numerical order gives 14, 5, 21, 18, 15, 20, 15, 24, 9, 3, 22, 5, 14, 15, 13. Applying A = 1, B = 2 etc. gives NEUROTOXIC VENOM.
