Not Being Strict About the "Why"
I have never been a master of perplexing paragraphs but this hunch did work without me being sly. My two decrees seemed graceful enough to preserve but were a decent challenge to record. With my thinking and sleeping caps lost, allow me to arrange a thought. But now, where was I?
Note: This puzzle was published flawed. The lack on an unexpected vowel cuases the italicized sentence to be void. I regret making the mistake of dwelling in things of an English nature.
