Mario Mafia! - Game Over!

It was a typical day in the Mushroom Kingdom... until word began to spread that Bowser and his baddies were coming. Come to think of it, that actually isn't too atypical. In any case, Mario calls in a bunch of friends to help him fight off Bowser. Things were about to get really bloody... until I showed up.

The name's Kamek. I'm the most powerful Magikoopa around these parts. I love causing mayhem - which is why I decided to turn everybody there into Goombas. It was hilarious to see all twenty of them running around, bumping into each other - it was mayhem! They were only distinguishable by their eyes - but they were so altered that nobody could tell who anyone else was! I couldn't help but burst out in laughter.

That was my mistake. The Goombas grabbed me and threw anti-magic cuffs on me. I couldn't do anything magical! I told them that, and also that I couldn't turn them back, and they informed me that they would release me if I promised to turn them back. I said I would turn them back - if they finished the fight as Goombas. Also, I said, it will be easy to tell who won because the magic keeping them Goombas would wear off... once they were dead. Reluctantly, they agreed.

That night, I received visits from each of the Goombas in turn, asking that I give them each a skill. For the sake of secrecy, I won't say exactly what I did, but I will assure you, those who wished to be able to obliterate got that skill, all right...

The next morning, I woke up sleepily. The twenty Goombas woke up as well. They removed my cuffs, and then began to do what they had decided to do the day before - hang each other, one a day, until all of the baddies were dead. That's where you come in. You are those twenty Goombas - or at least that's what you look like. In reality, you are Mario characters. Who you are will be revealed to you shortly...

Rules (copied over from Clue Mafia 2 and edited where appropriate):

[1] The most important rule: Have fun and don't be a jerk! If you're not having fun, you're not breaking this rule if it's because someone else is being a jerk. In this case, you are exempt. If you're dead, you can have as little fun as you want because you technically aren't playing.
[2] Do not post if you're dead. There will not be a seance or anything like that, so don't bother. I will make an exception for "bah" posts, but that's it.
[3] Do not post at night. You're supposed to be asleep at the time - or pretending to be asleep, if you have a role that requires you to be awake.
[4] Those of you whose roles allow you to talk with each other via PM or e-mail can only do so at night. Otherwise, do not PM or e-mail any player concerning this game. You're not allowed to quote these until after the game is complete.
[5] Days will last until the amount needed to lynch (at least half of the number of survivors) is reached. The only exception is that if I feel a day is lasting too long, I may impose a deadline. Once that deadline is reached, the player with the most votes gets lynched. In the event of a tie, nobody gets lynched.
[6] Votes will only be counted if they're in bold. To change a vote, you may first clearly unvote - also in bold. If you do not unvote, I won't throw a fit over it, but I'd really prefer it if you unvote. It makes everything more clear, understand?
[7] Do not edit or delete your posts. If you make a coding error, make a new post. It shouldn't be too hard.
[8] Any disputes not clearly decided by the above rules concerning this game should be directed to the mod - namely, me - for decision. What I decide is the final decision, unless I change my mind. But it would probably take quite a bit to make me change my mind.

The twenty Goombas had set up a system by which they'd choose who to lynch. They would each get a pole with the name they're going by. When one of the Goombas wanted to vote, he or she would go by the pole with the votee's name on it. Once one of the poles got enough votes, that Goomba would be lynched.

Just as they were about to begin, they noticed a huge arrow just below where I was perched. The arrow pointed to Fritzler's pole. "What's this supposed to mean?" Ctorj asked, apparently confused (though he might not have been).

"I didn't put this arrow here," I said. "One of you set it up as an anonymous extra vote."

"This is an outrage!" Fritzler cried out, upset (possibly not). "Who put that arrow there?"

I simply grinned and snickered, glancing at the crowd. "That's for me to know and for you to figure out..."

Fritzler has an extra vote.

That's what I initially thought when I read "Fritzler has ann extra vote," but the Poker went on to the vote count, which showed Fritzler with one vote by ???, an no one was voting, "except for the extra vote." That seems to indicate that Fritzler does, indeed, have a vote on him. Except now we're told it's at him.

I think this could be cleared up if we had another vote count right now.
