I know this wasn't directed at me, but it got me thinking. I jumped to conclusions when I assumed that "it's as if somebody wants IS dead." Maybe they just wanted the game to continue? Or maybe they're just guessing. In any rate:

So if Samadhi is scum, LML is the off-voter, Xylax makes a good lurker/bandwagon voter. Dan would make a decent 4th stringer scum.

Man IS, you certainly know how to alienate someone. I didn't want to vote for you becasue I don't think your'e scum, and I didn't want to vote with you because I don't want to be associated with you, so I voted Jedo because he really seems cocky about his mafia knowledge.
After seeing that you were so near death, I wanted to vote for Sam to make a second viable bandwagon to weigh against you, but since you have cast suspicion on me, it looks like I'm a mafia folding under pressure from you. Great work, you lost a vote on Sam.
I do belive your theories about who's on and who's off your bandwagon though, in fact I'll take it one step further. You know what? Forget it. I'd wait for IS to retract his statement or whatever, but there doesn't seem to be time for that (not like he would anyway, and he'd likely be an ass about it). His behavior does seem different than normal, and you think he'd be familiar with IS' play-style by now, at least on the first day. One might ask why UV and shanterusan wouldn't just both vote IS and be done with it. Like IS said there were probably two mafia already on his bandwagon. Shanterusan bailed to try and save face when IS turns out innocent, and UV stepped up to keep the pressure on. They don't want to be too obvious and vote all together. IS is in a tight spot, and they want to keep him there, they just can't make the felling blow.

Did I miss some posts? When did IS turn out to be innocent? The only evidence so far that he *isn't* scum is a few character references. I was hoping IS would have information, especially as he's being targeted, and I want that information before he gets lynched.
No need for personal insults, Dan.  If you'd read more carefully, I was never certain of IS's innocence. No, I'm not familiar with how IS plays.

Sounds good Dan, but I really do believe that UV had enough justification to be able to finish me off and not look bad doing it. Had it been someone else getting run down and bandwagon, then your specific theory would apply better.
Besides, why are you getting all angstsy over being 4th stringer scum? Its not like youre public enemy #1 like Samadhi. Samadhi is getting way defensive and counter-aggressive to not be scum.
And I dont believe in claiming in general, it turns games into bandwagon->claim->bandwagon carousel. I may claim on a 3 or 4 player left scenario or when the game is about over, but it depends. Never this early, like freaking Day 1.
On top of that, my bandwagon is purely fraudulent. I bet none of my voters can provide a good concrete reason to be voting for me. Samadhi is the only one with a good OMGUS reasoning, and he isnt even using that!
