Vote: Allforbrian
But beware the sanaties. . .I don't think it's right to lynch our cop tomorrow if this goes sour. |

The contestants gather around and decide to follow the one with the most information. The town sits down AllForBrian and gives him the lynch card.
AllForBrian has been ELIMINATED!
The crowd begins to become chatty...Was he mafia?

When we get back from commercial, the contestants are let out of their isolation chambers...
Soon, we find out that one person did not make it out.
DMI, part of the "Alive Forever Crew", has been given the game over. His doctor skills will be missed.
With 15 alive, it will take 8 to lynch!
Start talking![/b] _________________ -LmL

Welcome Mackay
I'm tossing up whether to vote for Sycko or Jedo. No particular reason for Sycko, just day 1 vibes. And Jedo acted quite weird when Mana fingered Brian.
But I'll wait and hear if anyone has any better ideas. |

This together with the insistant questions about what happened night one makes me Vote: Jedo the Jedi. All what happened was that people died. Are you really expecting scum to come forward and confess to their crimes? |

I was going to point that about Jedo, he was probably attempting to protect fellow scum. If we hadn't lynched Brian then Jedo would be safe. Well once we lynch him then we have three mafia left. Vote: Jedo. Before we lynch we should see what the cop has to say, but the odds are he got an innocent.

Welcome, Mackay!
I wasn't trying to protect anyone. I was trying to think logically about the situation. I thought that Mana couldn't possibly be mafia because that would be a bad move. I also thought that it was unlikely for Mana to have targeted a scum on night 1 and be sane. Thus, I didn't think Brian could be scum. I was wrong! Give me a break.
I am not scum, so you can just forget about lynching me. |

This is some pretty flawed logic right there. The sentence implies that you believed Mana's cop claim. It stands to reason that if a cop comes out day 1 and fingers a scum, the sensible thing to do (particularly in the absence of a significant claim from said alleged scum) is to lynch them. It helps the town to gain valuable information with regards to the sanity of their cop.It isn't always particularly sensible for said cop to emerge, but since it has happened, you ahould at least have given her the benefit of the doubt and a chance to prove herself.
This doesn't convince me that you are scum - you're no longer a n00b, but you're still learning. (As am I, for that matter.) Just chucking in my ~AU$0.0256 ($0.02 US)

| 'Tis true. I did believe that Mana was a cop, but I wasn't sure of the sanity. I suppose that it is good reason to lynch the person who was investigated as scum, but that lets the actual scum know their sanity (which in turn lets them know if they are a threat) and it could lynch a townie that might possess a power role. Those were my only reserves. |

Ergo, the scum could target them. Does that clear things up?
Where is Mana anyway? Perhaps we should ask his(?) results from last night. |

| I think jadesmar's point is that the mafia already know who is innocent and guilty, and therefore do not need a lynch to give them that information. |

Anyways, I was just kidding around with the whole brians scummyness thing, i don't really know. All I do know is I like more then this on day 1:
Cop: Found scum.
Town: BANDWAGON
Brian: You're insane, man.
Cop: Mah bad.
I mean, seriously, let's talk some, after a while it becomes clear who the lynch is for the day |
Vote: Dranco
His antics from yesterday I think were pretty suspect. I can understand wanting more discussion on the first day but causing more confusion isn't the way to do it. _________________ Rokk. uuddlrlrbastart |

True, but they're not going to want to go after someone they don't percieve to be a threat. If they know that I am a simple townie, they're not going to waste a kill on me.
In the meantime, I suggest that the doc not come out because they need to constantly protect Mana. |

Dranco or jedo both look like good lynch targets to me. I'll vote for Dranco just because of his 4-line summary of day one, where he claimed the cop (manaspryite) saying "mah bad." I don't think mana ever backed down
He likely was just looking to save brian, and that's a no no.

One other comment I forgot to make...since mana didn't die we can assume a doctor saved him, and it's always nice to see that the mafia isn't killing quickly. I just hope there is another doctor out there to cover him after the doctor was killed last night. Figuring that out, however, will have to wait until night 3. _________________ Bush/Cheney '08: It's unconstitutional, but when has that stopped us? |

Hey everybody. In case you don't know, I'm Uraj's replacement.
I've read the thread, but there's not much to go on. Dranko was definitely pretty suspicious yesterday, as was Jedo (not really as much), but I don't know their play styles, so I'm not inclined to vote anyone yet. I think it is worthy of a FOS: Dranko though. I think it would be very beneficial to hear from Mana.
Also, Dranko and MadMax haven't posted in about a week and a half, and Coron hasn't at all... I just don't think it's cool to have people not participating.
That's all for now. |
