Oh screw it. Look, once a few years ago some skinny labboy from Texas introduced mafia to some place called the Grey Labyrinth. Legends were born, reputations formed, etc etc blah-de-fricking-blah. Inevitably the games became less friendly, and some of the members wanted to kill the rest, etc etc. Rather than just dealing with the problem with the local Army, the good, and usually intelligent, netizens of the GL decided to handle this mafia like crisis in a mafia-like way. And so it begins.

The usual mafia rules apply (blatantly plagarised from DP):

[1] Have fun and don't be a jerk.
[2] No communication outside the thread unless your role allows you to do so.
[3] Get your choices in before the deadlines. If not, a random choice will be made for the first night, and no choice for subsequent nights.
[4] No quoting my or others emails.
[5] If you're dead YOU'RE DEAD. No more posting relevant information after that.
[6] Lynching will be done by regular majority. If I impose a day deadline, lynching will require at least half of the regular majority. In case of a tie, first come first served.
[7] Only votes in BOLD will be counted. Please clearly unvote if you want to change your vote.
[8] Do NOT edit or delete your posts! If you made a coding error, just post again.

PS: For those of you who advocate massive first day role claims in themed games, or massive role claims at any time: don't bother. Several big names have been left out, and several "lesser" names have been thrown in.

Day finally breaks and the town immediatly finds DMTsurel, aka Mith Capone, his pants worn like a shirt, his shoes on his hands, and a very confused expression on his face. He's also dead. It doesn't take a genius to figure out he was confused to death. Somebody messed with his mind in a bad way.

Not far far from the first body you find another, this one has been shot several times. It takes DNA testing and a peek at the driver's license to find out that it is Beartalon, less well known as PaIadin.

Corsato is found next. Shot once and left to die on his doggy bed. He was TokigHund.

It is day. 13 to lynch.

I've been asked to relay these absences. DP has no access until Monday. Ningal will be going home and not arrive until tommarrow evening. Gaspode will be gone until the 20th, and I will talk to DragonSlayer about temporarily replacing him. MatthewV will be playing for Mackay for a while.

Well, things are as complicated as expected...
I'd say we have enough people for 2 mafia groups and if we're lucky enough there was only one SK.
BlueGirl "confessed" that she has a special power so if someone has the power to protect her, I find it a good idea to do so. I don't think there'd be another solitary evil role.

If Lepton is IS, he may very well be a cop. Mafia hunter, cop, same thing. However, the catch may be that he has to act like IS, thus making us potentially dismisisng any information. It is the best we have so far.

Okay then, Bearty-1= SK. Fair enough. That leaves two killing roles or groups left right! We had three deaths last night. If Bearty was an SK is one, then whom ever killed the scum (pat on his/her back) is two and then the only third kill belongs to the last killing group. The good news from last night is that it appears scum are killing scum!

I've recieved several emails from concerned players about my request for the emails. I assure you, there's nothing wrong, I haven't lost your roles or some nonsense like that.

In the past, when I've modded games, I've always saved a copy of role emails as I sent them, this time however, I forgot to do so. The only reason I need the exact emails is for replacements, should they be needed.

I'm replacing FairieFire.

KingPin, scum killing scum doesn't always result in a town win. In Designer Mafia I, the Mafia narrowly won by deep-sixing the SK and the vampires as quickly as they found them. Townies lived a little longer as they did clean-up. That, and they successfully confused Werebear's investigations of almost every night. Persistent annoyance he was, until he died.

So now, here I am again, in a man's body with a woman's role.
