WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS PLACE?

The name of this place, when spelled backwards, contains the names of a state in the middle of two cities.

Well, a state between two cities is New Jersey. I think it was Ben Franklin who said NJ "was like a keg being tapped at both ends" (Philadelphia and NYC). We rule like that.

I suppose we have to add letters to yesrejwen.

Oh, good catch Handsome Dan. It's pretty obvious that CDLA must be thinking of Aryes Rejwendo, the Nepalese name for K2.
