How can I get Netscape Navigator to stop opening a page at the bottom? Everytime I open a new webpage using netscape, it opens the page, but displays the bottom and then I have to scroll up.

I don't know anything about browsers, but I do know that there's a lot of different ones about nowadays and some websites aren't suitable for all of them. If you're having trouble viewing this site on Netscape, I'd suggest simply switching to Internet Explorer, or, better yet, Firefox or Google Chrome, both of which are free and easy to install.
