Just a few quickies I came up with during some downtime at the office. Figure out what's going on and have a go at responding in kind:
1) Seasonal affair commenced very quickly.
2) Our journey is 50% complete, and we depend for our survival on religious observance.
3) Do not impede me! I'm having too much fun.
4) Mother, mother, mother, release me.
5) I'm unable to find happiness.
6) Who is responsible for the liberation of these hounds?
7) In order that I may be the first to collapse at the entrance to your domicile, I would perambulate 804.672 kilometers. Twice!
8) Convey me to a heavenly metropolis with verdant pastures and attractive women.
9) I obtained a divorce because my wife proved inadequate to the task of maintaining my sanity.
10) I must be honest about my strong preference for overly abundant posteriors. |

OK, I have a few of them and will work on the others, but I won't give away anything yet.
Solved: 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10
In the meantime, here are a few more, which are insectile in nature:
11) Fragaria ad infinitum.
12) The beatnik flower-child variety of oscillation.
13) The domicile is being exited by a female.
14) Though in actuality it was vice versa, I at one time possessed a young female.
15) Young ladies from that Eastern European region, near Belarus, possess an exceptional right hook.
Ahh! Just got #1. That was a slippery one. I'm finding #5 difficult to be certain about. I have some possibilities, though none good enough and I think I have #9 too but my one is a little obscure, relating to Albany, so I might be wrong with that one. |

I'm surprised more people haven't participated in this one. I thought they were fun.
I made mine a little more difficult, since once you "get it", they become a lot easier.
Is it that people are finding them difficult?
Should I start posting my possible solutions?
Should I leave hints for mine? |

Huh. I think there's an obvious one for 5. Think Rolling Stones. 6, 7, 8, and 10 I've also gotten.
Um let me try a few. I suspect none of these are hard.
16) That female diminished my ocular capacity through use of intellectual exploration
17) Rather than remaining in that position, you should attempt some sort of dance maneuver
18) Yet again, I find it is an extremely busy start of the work week
19) Proceed forward like a member of an ancient North African civilization
20) Continue your existence, but allow others to terminate their own existence |

That was one of the ones I was thinking of, but the other clues seemed to fit better than that, so I dismissed it. |

Would you expect it to be (I'm unable to find) happiness in that case? |

I like them, still thinking about a few.. not enough time (yet) to come up with my own , I might later on.
Thok's were indeed not too hard.
How about:
21) According to the fighter's rules, giving up is not an option |

Oh they are! I just hadn't been browsing this area for a while.
Am I allowed to answer in spoilers? (I have an answer for 9/10 of the originals, and working on the rest) Great fun... |

...in the meantime, a few of my own... (probably quite easy)
22) Ambling through the vestibule, quicker than a heavy spherical projectile
23) Similar to a flying creature from Hades, I won't be here at sunrise.
24) People from major cities in USA, UK, France and Germany all like chart tunes.
25) Perambulating the roads, with a guitar strapped behind me.
26) I'm fed up with waiting in queues for venues that won't have me.
Comparable to the end of the baseball match, where we have no hope.
Things aren't happening as I'd like them to have been. |

I guess we can start spoilering solutions to the older ones:
1) Summer Lovin' Happened so fast…
2) Ohh! We're half way there. Ohh Ohh! Livin' on a prayer
3) Don't stop me know! I'm havin' such a good time, I'm havin' a ball
4) Mama Mia! Mama Mia! Mama Mia let me go! Beelzebub has a…
5) I can't get no satisfaction?
6) Who let the dogs out?
7) I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more, just to be the man who walk a thousand miles to fall down at your door
8) Take me down to the paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty
9) I had me a woman in Albany, but her rowdy ways made a wreck of me, and I had to get away before I lost my mind <- probably wrong
10) I like big butts and I cannot lie |

12) The Hippy Hippy Shake
14) I once had a girl, or should I say, she once had me
A few more:
28) Upon a poorly illuminated road in an arid location, my locks disturbed by a refreshing breeze
29) Our location may be on the banks of the Nieuwe Maas, unspecified, or by the Mersey or Tiber
30) The month of expiation caused me to make an involuntary muscular movement
31) None could access my location, with the exception of the male offspring of a clergyman
32) Both of us are acquainted with adoration, and familiar with the regulations |

For 10 I had "Fat bottomed girls you make my rockin' world go round (staying on the Queen theme)"
17: "Get up, get on up (James Brown, Sex Machine) ?"
19: "Walk like an Egyptian"
20: "Live and let die (Paul & Linda McCartney)"
28: "On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair"
29: "This could be Rotterdam, or anywhere, or Liverpool or Rome"
31: "The only one who could ever reach me, was the son of a preacher man" |

I had something different in mind for 17. (17 is probably the hardest of my 5.) |

Glad you liked these guys. They went down well in the office too. Here's a couple more.
33) Resurrection of the waterproof poncho.
34) My friends and I cohabit an amber U-Boat.
35) I heard through the grapevine that you have an androgynous male lover. |

But, but, but, that's such a mundane way of rewriting that line! And you're missing like half of it.
I'm assuming it's "Somebody told me you had a boyfriend who looked like a girlfriend". |
