Jimmy Binding, famous British spy, has been given a coded message as to what city to travel to to meet his contact. The message reads as follows:

Conference, Rocha, Comice

TALL
SAW
COW
BUDDHA
KEYHOLE
MAD
GRADE
HOME
WAR
HOOK
MOSS
INN
STOCK
BELL
RID
PEST
TOE
WIND

.............These belong to something bigger!

Then, Années de Pèlerinage compose, a certain order, starting with a Celtiberian area.
Place the following........

3rd
1st
4th
2nd
6th
3rd
4th
5th
2nd

Fly to the capital..........chin chin old bean.

Thanks, Aga, but I have to confess I solved for the final country by brute force, rather than by getting the 'Années de Pèlerinage' reference.

I don't ge the "Conference, Rocha, Comice". And I'm not sure why I'm putting my lizt in the order that I am (excpet for the first one), but I bumped into Oscar the airport upon my arrival.

A bit lame but it kind of worked, for me, anyway :/

"Années de Pèlerinage compose"........was cryptic for, as Quail said, List (Liszt)
