Well I went ahead and investigated 3iff who came back innocent.

so at this point we have:

Durryn and Raekuul 50/50

I was going to initially investigate Raekuul but decided against it.

The other option is regardless that you are mafia traitor we may still have to lynch you in order to win MNO. Just throwing that out there as a possibility if we do decide to lynch one of the two un-investigated and still come up without a town win.

i agree. If we hit innocent on our lynch, I'm okay with me dying the next day. if there is STILL an issue it brings it down to three, and either Raearia you'll have investigated everyone and found the last one, or you are the remaining scum and the two townies will lynch you.

There is a VERY good chance we still have this game in the bag, since we can afford two mislynches still.

If it's a coinflip between me and Durryn, then somebody give us a coin wait a minute, both of us had claimed by the time MNO made his claim that no mafia members had claimed.

Thankfully, there's a very easy way to cut this particular knot. MNO gets modkilled if he votes for the remaining mafia member, correct? Or has that since expired?

well lets find out. i didn't even think of that, but he would be hard pressed to MK me if I didn't know a scum. The Mod knew I got Perps info and he gave me Garou as the Godfather when we started the game.

They ONLY person I have not voted for that is still alive is Durryn, so If I am Modkilled, so be it.

Now IF (it's a big if) MNO is telling the truth, it's got to happen sometime, then he can't vote for known mafia 'buddies' which means Durryn should be ok...however, I have strong doubts that we have a backup cop.

IF he's lying, wouldn't be the first time, then he's trouble.

That leaves me with a vote for Raekuul or MNO as the most likely mafia candidates.
On the grounds that no-one else is saying anything, I'll cast a vote.

Normally I would argue against my own lynch, but we have to lynch someone and I can't seem to logic out who the last one is in this case. I suspect it may actually be Raearia, but there's no knowing for certain without a night phase.

THe town formats Raekuul, and leaves him for dead. But the news isn't good. Raekuul was Bumblebee, townie. He was a transformer, who had a 1 shot self protect. He could transform himself into a car, and drive to safety.

I'm still missing some important choices. So, they have 48 hours as of this post, otherwise it goes as not submitted.

Durryn lay dead on the ground, and the town knew that this was a bad sign. C3PO might not have been smart, but his vote was on the town sign. C3PO had a life as a cop once, but retired because he was too naive. Had Raearia (Data, from Star Trek, Town cop) died, c3po would have resumed investigating. But in his naivete, he would have always gotten an innocent role no matter who he investigated. Raeria, once again was safe over night, courtesy of 3iff - the computerised car who could whip people to safety. Doctor 3iff had a large affect on helping the town toward a win, but was it enough?

MNOWAX just sat back laughing. No one had ever bothered to ask about that mysterious double vote of his. Oh the controversy it caused day 1, but never really again.

Alive were Raearia, MNOWAX, 3iff. 3iff, being cop cleared was enough for Raearia to vote MNO as the last remaining scum. 3iff also knew to vote for MNO to end the game.

Then the mod read the votes outloud. MNO, MNO, Raearia, Raearia. A tied vote. No matter how long the day went on, the vote remained the same. MNO then simply had to target 3IFF on any given night knowing that he could never be lynched again.

Had Durryn been protected, this would have been - and perhaps should have been town's game. Congratulations MNOWAX, a win against the odds in my opinion.

MNOWAX was not aware who his fellow scum were. If sent to kill, his kills would always fail until such time that his mafia were eliminated.

The mafia GodFather in lieu of a kill one night could gain info for his team. The info would tell him all the details of MNO's role, just not which scum member was the traitor.

Other things to note:
1. GodFather could gain info about the traitor in lieu of a kill.
2. Mafia goons didnt know who each other were, to stop the traitor just killing off his team immediately.
3. Traitor didnt know that he would gain the ability to kill, once he became the GF. His extra vote couldnt be changed once cast.
4. Rosie (MatthewV) when roleblocking a player also would prevent all actions against that player as well.
5. The game finished at 3 alive, as there was no possible outcome other than MNOWAX winning, even if it took 200 attempts on Raearias life, before he finally tried 3iff.

MNOWAXs win condition was to win alone. This means the mafia and the town both lost.

I also wish to apologize for this game having far less detail that one would normally associate with an Amb game. Due to an unexpected and severe family illness that came up during the sign up phase, I did not have the emotional energy to be as creative as I wanted to be. For anyone who may be concerned the family member affected is probably going to be okay, but we do have some months of recovery ahead. Long term the prognosis is good, but we didnt expect that early on.

I loosely followed this game, and I'll just say you always kill the turncoat. Hindsight is 20/20, but when he was that helpful, he shouldn't have been trusted.

3iff there was NO way I was going to kill Raearia. No one claimed Doc, so it was very likely a doc was still out there, and with the way you claimed, you were either a Doc, or some sort of vengeful townie type role ( something i got burned on once before...) So the logical choice was Durryn in my mind.

As for the me voting mafia, I could do that, of course. I needed to put the restrictions on my own role to make it more believable. There is a reason why people call me mad. I do want to apologize for giving up my mafiates, while you guys feel like I double crossed you guys, I double crossed the mafia even more so, giving them both up one after another.

I was strongly considering voting MNO...and had pangs of regret not doing so as I thought about things over the weekend...but I couldn't do anything about it at that time.

I'm still learning this game (too slowly) and it's not the first time MNO has suckered me. Next game I play with him, I'll go for him straight away and we'll both turn out to be town!

I had suspicions of Durryn due to the backup cop claim...which seemed lame (but was true).
