| To me it's very simple... En passant is 2 moves, not one.. White can chose to not capture Black's pawn. in fact , he *has* to chose to not do that, since White is in check after Black's move |

I think it depends on who's stronger physically, how much money is involved, etc .... All things being equal, I agree that black wins. unless I'm playing white |
