| Banana bread is so damn good. I love it as much as I love Artichokes. |

| You should learn to make banana bread. That way you can always be happy in taking a ripe-but-not-overripe banana. At the end of the week, you will have a few "gross" bananas to make the the bread with. Besides, banana bread is best with brown bananas! |

The color Yellow makes you happy, and you choose the banana that makes you the least happy? (because it's the most ripe, and the one that's about to spoil.) |
I'd say close enough to call it solved. Eating brown bananas makes my unhappy, and yet I choose the brownest one every time in order to avoid eating a really gross one at the end of the week. |

At the time you purchased the banana(s):
Do you buy just 1 banana?
Do you buy between 2-5?
Between 5 - 10?
Between 10 - 15?
More than 15?
Are they green?
Are they yellow?
Are they close to turning brown?
Do you intentionally wait for the banana to turn brown before you eat it?
Do you start off buying a bunch of bananas (let's say 10). You eat one each day (while they are still yellow). But by the 6th day (as the remaining bunch starts to turn brown) one has turned "browner" than the other 4?
Do you then choose to eat the one that is going bad first, thus extending the shelf life of the remaining 4 bananas?
Do you not like the taste of the banana when it is yellow?
Do you not like the taste of the banana when it is brown?
Do you not like the texture of the banana when it is yellow?
Do you now like the texture of the banana when it is brown?
Is there something that takes place in a banana (level of sugar, etc) that changes when a banana turns brown? |

Are you eating a fruit that has a consumable skin/peel (grapes, strawberries, etc, versus oranges, bananas, etc)
Is your choice of when to eat the fruit dealing with "when" in the sense of a moment that can be measured in time? (hopefully this makes more sense with the second question) or...
Is your choice of when to eat the fruit dealing with the condition of the fruit itself?
For example - you buy bananas. Are you less happy because you chose to eat them at night versus in the morning. Or, are you less happy because you chose to eat the banana even after it has black spots on/in it?
Do you buy your fruit from Costco?
Are you "forced" to buy 5 lbs of something, but there is no realistic way you can eat 5 pounds of fruit before some of the fruit starts to spoil?

What about strawberries/berries. No matter what, it always seems every container of berries has mold on it "inside". Are you discovering some of the berries are covered with mold as you are eating them? |
