Did she find her glasses Yes!, which she hadn't noticed she wasn't wearing?
Did she find her sunglasses? Yes!
Congratulations - now I'll fill in the story so it makes sense and fills in some holes.
My wife and I are going to Mazatlan next weekend (timing is everything). One of the things my wife enjoys doing while on vacation is reading her books while lying by the pool or on the beach.
Now rewind about a month or so ago - my wife comes home saying she "lost" her Prescription Sunglasses.
Now about a 2 weeks ago the 4 of us are in her car, our daughters hands smell, so Mom tells her to look in the back seat pockets for the wipes/antibacterial to clean her hands. What do you suppose our daughter finds in the back seat pouches - my wifes Prescription Sunglasses - Just in time for mom to go relax and read her book by the pool. What a relief for Mom (yeah - Mom didn't think to look in the back seat of her own car for the glasses - how they got there is still a mystery |

Sounds like you were looking for something to clean Becky when you discovered...a giant poisonous snake! which turned out to be already dead. Amy was relieved. I like how you think - but No
Did she find an unpaid parking ticket? No an overdue book? No something else that needed tending to? Something else, yes, but not tending to
Did she discover her purse was missing? Something was missing, but not her purse
I think earlier I stated something became clear |

Did the remark prompt you to open the glove box? perhaps to retrieve a wet wipe, napkin, antibacterial lotion? DING DING DING! YES to looking for wet wipe/antibacterial lotion, but NOT in the Glove Box
Was anyone else in the vehicle besides the four mentioned people? No
OK - almost the full story - I'll let you decide if the precise event is worth chasing |

| Would Amy have been "relieved" had Becky's hands never smelled in the first place? Very good question!!. Let's say timing is everything. Eventually Amy would have... I can't say more without giving away too much now |

Did Becky's smelly hands prompt Carl to change seats? No - but you are making good connections here seating has something to do with it
Did the "...smells like sh__" remark remind Amy of something? No
Did you do anything relevant? ARe you married? Does the husband ever do anything relevant just kidding - Not sure how to answer this yes or no - Amy and I both had the same reaction/outcome hearing about the smell |

Did Amy think that it was you or her who may have stunk? No
I think this should be no, because you said no to Amy thinking the smell had a different source.
I'm so confused right now. =D It will all makes sense - trust me
Did Carl's statement alter the course which the vehicle would otherwise have taken had Becky's hands not smelled? No |

Did Amy (or anyone) open the windows because of the smell? Not relevant - No
I amended one of my previous answers.
Was Amy lost before Carl made his statement? No - Amy wasn't lost, but good choice of words |

Did Becky poop in the SUV? No In her pants? No
Had Becky not pooped for a long time prior to this poop? No
Does Becky have any sort of handicap? (No, not golf) No handicap at all - just your typical 9 year old girl who sometimes forgets to do things- she didn't wash her hands in the house
Other than a temporary bowel control issue, is Becky a normal 9 year old? Becky is normal, and I don't think I said she had an issue with bowel control
Is the father (of Becky, Carl, or both) at all relevant? I was in the car, front passenger seat - but since it's a 9 year old girl, she would have been in the back seat anyway
Was Amy lost before Carl made his statement? No - Amy wasn't lost, but good choice of words Did she figure out where she was, and that was why she was relieved? No
Was there an issue related to the car which became resolved after Carl's statement? Something along this line, but not specifically an issue related to the car, like engine trouble
Is the type of car important? (I think you said it was an SUV; right?) If I say Yes outright, then it is misleading - so let's say it had to be a vehicle that had more than 1 row of seats
Is the location where they are driving important? No
Is the terrain on which they are driving important? No
To help clear things up, the fact the smell was due to poop is only important in the fact it had to be an unpleaseant smell. If the smell was something pleasant, strong or not, the end result wouldn't have occured |

Did Becky's stinky hands cause Amy to stop driving? No Does it matter? No
Did Becky make a phone call, or in some other way inquire, to a fourth person about the source of the smell? No
Did Becky ask Amy about the smell? No
Did Becky ask Carl about the smell? No
Was Amy worried that the smell might be coming from some other source? (seems like I asked this one once.) No
Chaz, I am not sure if it was better to answer No, or Not applicable. I chose No, but NA applies to all the above questions as well.

Ooh.
Did Becky's stinky hands inspire Amy to pull off the road, and there was a horrible accident that they would otherwise have been mangled in?ala Final Destination 2? No. Nothing diabolical like that. |

Was the car moving? Yes If so, was Amy driving? YES! Amy was in the drivers seat!
If so, is the reason they were driving important? No
Did Carl's remark give Becky any information she had not previously had?Yesish, but Becky isn't the one the information helped, and not the conclusion you are drawing (perhaps she was unaware that Carl knew the word "s---")No - not relevant Did it trigger her to make a connection she had not previously made? Not exactly
Repeat above questions for Amy.I'm gonna reprhase how I'm interpreting - Did Carls remark trigger Amy to make a connection she had not previously made? Yesish. But I wouldn't exactly say connection |

Did Becky know that her hands smelled before Carl told her? Not really important, but since it's a 9 year old, let's say yes
Did Carl's remark inspire a "eureka" moment in one of the three? Yes - stretching it a bit
Did Amy take any action as a result of hearing Carl's remark? Kinda sorta Yes
Is Carl related to Amy and Becky? Yes Is he Becky's brother/Amy's son? Yes
Was there a physical danger that Amy was worried about? No If yes, did it come from inside the car? Outside the car? No dangers at all |

Did Becky wash her hands? If you are asking in the sense of using a sink with running water and soap - NO!
If yes... Did Becky washing her hands lift the confinement? No. The fact the hands were dirty did not lead to, nor require being "confined"
If no... Did "whatever Becky did when after Carl said that her hands stunk" lift the confinement? No
Some advice - review some of the previous questions, and for the ones that weren't answered with a simple yes/no, especially the ones I try to clarify - explore those a bit more |
